Investigating Alternative Packaging
Following the landmark Great Plastic Divestment Report, Sustainable Futures was requested by LSE Catering to research and present a strategy for the use of sustainable packaging. Considering packaging is a key step towards a sustainable LSE. The team will work closely with LSE catering to create a report on the benefits and drawbacks of different solutions, intending to identify a balance between lifetime CO2 emissions and waste accumulation. The team will then present actionable sustainable packaging recommendations based on consumption data, recycling capabilities, and the specific requirements outlined by LSE catering.
