Timless costumes

Hari Ramakrishnan

2012-2013 winner

Timeless ethical clothing

Timeless is London’s largest student production and currently sources their costumes from an ethical and environementally sustainable supplier.

The Sustainable Project fund will help to reimburse a partial amount of the ethically produced clothing. The company that helped supply the costumes, Malmö London, is certified by the SA8000 company for social accountability. The costumes are examples of both environmental and social and economic sustainability.

With over 100 performers, and links to over twelve different LSE societies, the project founders want to ensure that as much of their costume purchase was from a supplier that was entrusted to uphold a good cause and that this message is sent to all the groups willing to become involved, thereby raising awareness and education on the matter of sustainable clothing.
